  • For coaching, results depend on your commitment and effort — we do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds

  • Fees for Services are listed on the Website or in your service agreement. Payment is due at the time of booking or according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • You may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Coaching packages, training programs, and assessments are generally non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been delivered. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.

  • All assessments are for professional development purposes only.

  • Results and interpretations are not guarantees of future performance.
