Sara Ann Todd
Sara Ann Todd, DHA, ACC, LSSBB is the founder of Leadership Investments, where she partners with healthcare leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership clarity, alignment, and performance. Her work is grounded in real-world healthcare environments where decisions carry weight, teams are stretched, and outcomes matter.
With over 22 years of experience across the private sector, U.S. Army, and federal healthcare systems, she brings both operational insight and leadership discipline to the challenges organizations face today.
Her journey began in childhood, where early hardships instilled in her a relentless drive to create a different future. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences before serving in the U.S. Army, where serving as a combat medic transformed her as both a person and a leader. In the intensity of military service, she learned to serve selflessly, make decisions under pressure, and lead with both courage and compassion, qualities that continue to define her today.
Following her service, Sara Ann earned both a Master’s and Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and continued her mission of service through her leadership with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Along the way, she discovered a calling to leadership coaching and became an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Guided by her Christian faith and grounded in values of service, gratitude, and integrity, Sara Ann is passionate about helping others step into their full leadership potential. Sara Ann strives to develop leaders who are courageous, compassionate, and equipped to create lasting impact in their organizations and communities.
